Absolutely loved my massage here....first time here and i will definitely be back, Idk who my therapist was but she did everything I needed her to do. She got all my knots out and did an awesome job. Highly recommend Serenity

Overall, the massage was barely ok. Mostly a similar to a mall chair massage with hot stones. I’ve had approximately 30 massages in my life and never have I had such a bizarre and uncomfortable experience. I’m new in town and wanted to treat my boyfriend to a nice treat for Valentine’s Day. We went for a couples massage. There was one singular massage license displayed which is off putting for there supposedly being multiple therapists there. Not any paper work to go over allergies, pressure, medical things etc. We arrived 20 minutes early and were rushed into our massage room. walking into the room they had paper towels over the face holes in the tables which makes me highly suspicious they don’t change the bottom sheet between clients. There was zero communication with either massage therapist and I ended up with a nasty burn on the back of my knee from a hot stone. They didn’t allow any chance to communicate preference of gender of my massage therapist and I was incredibly uncomfortable having a male the entire time. My underwear was pulled down way past my comfort level as was my partners. The entire thing felt rushed and like I was a fresh fish at market with how rough it was. It was a back only massage with an insane amount of difference between my and my partners experience.

We went in for a couples massage and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE I've EVER HAD. DURING OUR SESSION, they left the door open multiple times to go talk to people at the front desk. She answered the phone while massaging my body to make OTHER appointments. I wish I wouldn't have paid for my service.
