I am a hairstylist with a lot of tension and pain in my neck and shoulders. The massaging techniques and cupping that Heather uses has helped me tremendously. Her knowledge and experience is very much needed for my profession. Her space is beautiful and very relaxing for an all around great massage experience! 10/10!

I've been seeing Heather for massage for years, and she is a top-notice massage therapist. She always seems to know exactly what areas to focus on. Her massages are both relaxing and therapeutic, as she is able to apply heavy pressure when needed. Heather is also more than just a massage therapist---she is a great resource to connect her patients to resources for misalignments or health issues she may discover during the massage. She is certified in multiple types of massage and other types of physical therapies, so I know that she'll always have an effective "tool" in her toolbox for whatever my body needs to be rebalanced. Her prices are reasonable, her space is beautiful, and her demeanor is pleasant. Try her out--you won't regret it!

Heather knows her stuff! I’ve never met a massage therapist educated in so many different modalities. She has helped me learn ways to exercise my foot regarding a bunion that I’ve struggled with. I have used her for cupping on my back for a shoulder injury from weight lifting and face for lymphatic drainage. My husband has seen her also, and she helped alleviate and teach him how to exercise to improve a sciatic pain that was relentless. She’s a compassionate and educated lady that really listens and figures out what will work.

Heather is warm and welcoming and highly attuned to the mind, body and spirit. She has magic hands! New to the area, I am so grateful to have found her and her multimodal approach to the healing process. I was having months of discomfort and after only a few sessions I have had immense relief. Highly recommend.

Heather is an outstanding professional that has helped me improve shoulder mobility after rotator cuff surgery and as I age she helps decrease my body aches. Truly a gem in her profession. I highly recommend her!
