Carolyn genuinely cares about your well being. She integrates her skills/techniques and knowledge with consideration of how life stressors or activities can impact "problem areas". She will work with you to determine what areas of the body to focus on the most. I like that she does specific stretching techniques with my head and neck; I always feel better afterwards. I also appreciate when she shares what areas in my body I have "a lot going on", so I can concentrate on self massage or stretching those areas until next time I meet with her.
