Mrs Rosa was Amazing!! I loved her sweet motherly personality, and her staff was great also!! I enjoyed the smell of herbs and the calm relaxing music! My foot detox and 30 min foot massage left me wanting more!!! She knew exactly were to touch and massage my aching feet!! She didn't miss a spot! When, I left I was totally relaxed and my feet felt incredible!!.. I'll definitely be back!!

I had a positive experience here. My fiancé bought me a Groupon deal for the my birthday. I set up an appointment which was after the expiration date so no issues their. Keep in mind this is more of a mom and pop business. Family owned so don't expect some fancy spa you over pay for. The interior has its unique vibe that reflects the personality of the owner Rosa. Overall it is clean and sanitize which is the most important. Rosa provides a friendly service, a great massage that will leave you in a daze, and puts value into her work. I highly recommend it and be sure to book with time. Keep it on your calendar, give her follow up call, and show up on time. Great prices!

Phenomenal Massage!!! The massage was purchased on Groupon as a gift for me, I was on able to make an appointment in the allotted time and booked after expiration which Rosa did not have a problem with. Through lots of phone tag (I don’t answer numbers that aren’t saved) I was able to make an appointment, Rosa told me when I made my appointment not to google her address is it would take me to the wrong location… I used Waze and got to her location at 402 Ansel Street with no problem. The place definitely reflected the taste and style of the owner. Rosa was very kind friendly and provided exactly what I needed. The massage with one of the best I’ve had in Greenville!!! Highly Recommend!!

Money wasted bc it outside of Groupon refund policy. I purchased a massage from groupon on 04/10 as a gift. I called to confirm the location on like the 11th. I spoke with someone and told them I would be calling back to schedule an appt. At no point during this call was I informed that she would be closed for a week during spring break. The person that i bought the groupon for attempted to call to make the appt and I guess Rosa or whoever answers the phone did not realize that they had answered bc she was having a side conversation (ok, it happens, i get it) so when they attempted to call back there was no answer. We called for a week straight and finally went up there just to find out from someone who was picking up around the building that she was in Florida and that is probably why she isnt answering. It is 04/22 and I haven't been able to even schedule a massage. So we are talking about 11 days of leaving potential customers hanging. Im all for vacations but at least put a message on the answering service or that lil information could have been mentioned when i said i would be calling back to make and appt. Of course i am outside of groupon refund window. Horrible experience and i have not even stepped foot in the place.
