My first experience at Back to 30 was wonderful! The ladies there are very welcoming and make you feel right at home. Destiney explained everything and was super sweet! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I had such a wonderful experience with Jessica Horlacher! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable — the space is calm, clean, and welcoming. My provider took the time to explain every step, making me feel relaxed and confident. I really appreciate how they focus on natural, gentle ingredients that make my skin glow without irritation. Afterward, my skin looked refreshed and healthy.. I’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment you walk into the front door you are greeted with smiling faces ready to answer any questions you might have. Amber is great at going over details of appts, then making sure checking in and out is a breeze. Jessica gave me a B12 shot today. It was quick, easy, and painless. She is always super friendly. Previously, I had microneedling done with Libby, who is very good at being thorough and paying attention to detail. She is honest about what treatments would be best for your skin type, overall face, and is knowledgeable about the products. The microneedling has helped me the most. This treatment is definitely worth going in for. Libby is sweet, genuine, and caring. I am thankful that I found a place that takes care of me. Singing all the praises for Leanne at the Boiling Springs SC location. She was so thorough with my health "interview" portion prior to injections. She went as far as to let me know what would and wouldn't be best due to a couple health issues I have going on. I've never had another medspa do that. Top notch care !!! We laughed and made plans for future treatment options and it was just a great experience.
