I stopped into Bluemercury in Greenville during a recent trip, and the experience was pleasantly straightforward. The store has a modern feel—inviting without trying too hard—and offers a thoughtful range of skincare, makeup, and beauty essentials. The sales associate who assisted me was genuinely friendly and impressively knowledgeable. She struck that perfect balance between being attentive and allowing me space to browse, which I always appreciate. Thanks to her guidance, I left with exactly what I came for—a new bronzer that suits me beautifully. While the store doesn’t give off a particularly luxurious vibe, it does carry quality products and feels curated rather than overwhelming. Overall, Bluemercury in Greenville delivers a polished yet approachable shopping experience—ideal for anyone who values good service, reputable products, and a calm, well-organized atmosphere.

Bluemercury offers make-up consultations (ask for appointment in advance) and one-on-one tutorials. I had a one-on-one with Caroline and it was really fun and helpful! She did a super job and I was especially appreciative of her being so insightful in suggesting colors that were new to me. She knows her products well and of course I bought some, but she did not pressure at all. On the contrary, she was very honest in assessing whether she thought a particular product would work or not, and left the decision totally to me. I’d definitely make another appointment with Caroline!

I want to thank Carmen for helping me pick out my foundation for the Ogee brand. She was so sweet and helpful and picked my color on the first try. She was very informative on the products I bought and I can’t say enough about how helpful she was!

I love this Bluemercury! I adored shopping at them while I lived in NYC, and this beautiful store reminds me of them, and makes me feel at home. Every time I go in, April & Carmen take the best care of me! it is so refreshing, to connect with experts, who are honest, and give incredible product recommendations! They know everything about every product and create such a warm atmosphere and overall experience. They always call me by my name, and even remember what we got me into on the last visit. That personal touch, is so special, incredible customer service, BRAVO LADIES! ♥️

I never do surveys but I came in looking to update my makeup routine and met Caroline who really took the time to help and guide me through what would be an overwhelming process. It was like talking to a girl friend instead of a salesperson as she helped me address my concerns and showed me a few tricks too. The customer service treatment I received from her is really rare these days and I would recommend asking for her when you go in to shop!
