Palmetto Infusion - Greenville

***Watch my video if you have problems finding the correct building*** My first visit I came in the rain and I had a hard time finding the building I had to go into a dental office to find the correct building. It’s far to the left and around the corner, but I took a video to show. They had a great snack bar with lots of protein options, and gluten-free options. I was given a private room twice. They had several private rooms in both times they were more than enough for the people that wanted them. I enjoyed that because I did not know where my earbuds were and I wanted to be able to listen to an audiobook. The chairs are all very comfortable and they recline. Everything is clean and fresh. The lighting is really good and the overall Decor is great. It’s really a beautiful center. The staff are very friendly. All of the girls are knowledgeable and they all are willing to talk to you and have cheerful spirits, which is nice when you’re going through. Feeling really bad. Both nurses were very good at getting my vein the last Nurse I didn’t even feel her prick me. I really enjoyed the front desk, girl. She was friendly as well and the nurse practitioner was also great. Can’t recommend it enough.

I had my first Skyrizi infusion today. My nurses Madison and Hannah both were excellent, they were very kind. I love this place, the people. Overall great experience. I’ll be sad to leave, when I have my third infusion and be doing at home injections. But I will be happy to visit sometimes.

Love this place for infusions,everyone is so nice and helpful This would be 5 stars except for changing an appointment they use a booking service which you have to call to reset an appointment,can not do it while you are here,they are not as pleasant and can sometimes not accommodate you because they are not on site and don't understand the process.

Best staff EVER! You won't find a better infusion center. And it's so easy to reschedule. All I do is send an email and I have a new appointment the same day

The staff is wonderful. Very accommodating, understanding, and helpful as you’re learning and healing. Definitely recommend!
