After being a patient at Ketamine Solutions, I can confidently say that this is the best clinic available. I transferred from a different clinic out of state and was blown away by the knowledge and passion of the providers, especially Lindsey. She is an extremely compassionate, intelligent, and careful provider, always keeping up with the latest research on ketamine and tirzepatide. The clinic staff is warm and professional, and the amenities like the essential oil diffusers and noise-cancelling headphones are thoughtful. I have always felt extremely cared for and safe in this space.

I just have to share how much I love the staff and environment at Ketamine Solutions! I have been a patient at Ketamine Solutions for months now and consider this place home and the staff family. Lindsey, the nurse practitioner, is probably one of the best providers I have ever seen in my entire life! She is so knowledgeable and smart which makes me feel extremely safe under her care. She is extremely thorough when it comes to providing education about the treatments without talking over or down to you. But what sets Lindsey apart from all other providers is how down-to-earth and kind she is. I know every time I come for treatment I will get to see and talk to her. She gives me undivided attention. I never feel like she is rushing our time together, even when she has a full office and waiting room, and our conversations just feel like catching up with an old friend. All this to say, Lindsey is the best! She truly cares and prioritizes her patients no matter the circumstances. Lindsey sadly had to put down her dog recently but I wouldn’t have known if she didn’t share that information with me. Her focus remained on me and her other patients. One wonderful addition to the office recently has been Lindsey’s other sweet puppy, Penny! Penny was a missing piece to Ketamine Solutions. Lindsey and the other girls asked each individual patient if they were okay with dogs and if they would mind if Penny came in the room with Lindsey. Again proving the staff respect and prioritize their patients. Penny is the perfect emotional support dog. She is extremely sweet and well behaved. I already loved everything else about Ketamine Solutions but Penny is the cherry on top. I really, REALLY hope Penny is a regular addition to the office! ❤️❤️ I always look forward to going to my appointments but Penny has made the visits even better! I have been going to Ketamine Solutions for some time and originally it was Lindsey and Rocky, the RN, running the office. Lindsey and Rocky were a great team. I’ve had the pleasure of also meeting Joy, the clinic owner, and Samantha (I think she works at another one of the offices that Joy owns primarily). Both ladies were kind and sweet. Rocky sadly left not long ago but the new staff are wonderful! Kelly works at the front desk and always meets me with kind words and a beautiful smile. Ruthie, the main nurse, is super sweet and is a wonderful listener. I also met Bri, RN once and she is very kind. Ketamine Solutions doesn’t have one staff member who isn’t 100% there for each and every patient no matter the day. I always look forward to my appointments because I know I am going to be heard, treated like royalty and feeling better leaving than I did when I came in. This office and staff are top tier! If you need ketamine treatment for mental health conditions or weight loss treatment, you should become a patient at Ketamine Solutions!

I cannot brag about Ketamin Solutions enough! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Lindsey did a fantastic job explaining everything in depth about GLP-1 injections how they work, what to expect, and how to use them safely and effectively. She took the time to make sure I was fully informed about potential side effects and answered all of my questions with patience and care. What stood out most was her commitment to education, she even went the extra mile to show me examples of high-protein foods and snacks to help support my results. I’ve had an excellent experience with this office. Since starting GLP-1 treatment here, I’ve seen life-changing results — significant weight loss (70 pounds) , I was able to come off two blood pressure medications, no longer need my CPAP, and I’ve noticed a big reduction in overall inflammation. Beyond the results, the staff truly makes the difference. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and consistently courteous. They take the time to explain things and make you feel supported rather than rushed. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received and would highly recommend this office to anyone considering GLP-1 treatment.

Awesome experience! The staff is really friendly, very professional, and very easy to work with your schedule. Lindsey is amazing to work with and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the program. She takes all the time you need to answer any questions or concerns about the program. She even brings in samples of the types of foods that you should be eating to meet your nutritional goals so that you are successful with your weight loss journey. This is a great program to consider and I would highly recommend making your first consultation visit. I am already seeing results and am down to a weight that I haven't been able to achieve in 20 years. I am amazed!!!
