I've never felt so supported and so heard in my entire life. There are a few people I need to shout out. First and foremost, Kristen's priority with providing excellent customer service is unmatched. She never gets annoyed if I've called several times in a week or email her with questions. Kristen is a phenomenal front desk associate. Laura Law is the absolute best clinician I have ever had. She does not give up on me, she allows me to have a say in my treatment options and she supports me. I will never see anyone else. Emily is the most patient and kindest therapist I have ever experienced. She is also supportive but doesn't push me and allows me to tackle obstacles as slowly as I need to. Overall, mindwell is the gem I have been searching for- for years and years. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you. You have all positively impacted my life when I needed it the most.

I would highly recommend this practice. My first few visits were a but rough but then again so was I. Of all the things are I have (SSRIS, MAOSIS, antipsychotics, and the things, this has been the best things for for me. Everything drastic changed and in a. good way. I had my first appointment at Mindwell today for anxiety management, and I was truly shocked by how amazing this place is. Kristen, who runs the front desk, is incredibly kind and immediately put me at ease with her friendly, welcoming demeanor and offered me something to drink while I waited for my appointment time. The waiting room seating was very comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long to meet the provider I had the appointment with. And let me say, Laura is the sweetest, most caring psychiatric professional I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She really listened to me and my concerns and ongoing problems, and she has such an understanding of how the anxious mind works. The appointment was nearly an hour long, but it really didn't feel like it. We determined a path forward with a combination of medication as well as therapy for my chronic pain condition and further anxiety management. Everything was explained clearly to me, and she really made sure I felt comfortable with my treatment plan before I left. My medication was sent in to my pharmacy before I left and was ready for pick-up within a few hours! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you so much for everything.
