Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

The NP I seen today was SO AWESOME, as well as SO KNOWLEDGEABLE & SO KIND. She took time to EXPLAIN, and even go over different options. I DEFINITELY will recommend and keep coming to her. The front Office staff was just the same! Those two Ladies at the window truly had a good sense of humor, and we were laughing. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. The receptionist was extremely rude. We traveled 5 1/2 hours to see the dermatologist because my daughter attends the university nearby. We picked up our daughter and headed straight to the clinic but got stuck in traffic. We were unaware of the distance and the numerous traffic lights along the way. The receptionist called in a very rude manner and stated, "It's 10 to 2, and you were supposed to be here; you are late." I replied, "Could you please get off the phone because I'm following the GPS and I don't want to get lost." She then mentioned that we were her last appointment, and I assured her we were almost there. Upon arrival, we found the place locked, with all the lights turned off. We stood outside, trying to call, but no one answered, even though the clinic was supposed to close at 3 PM. It was 2 o'clock, and it seemed like there were people inside, but no one opened the door. That receptionist was a very unpleasant person with no sense of professionalism. ON the top of that, you make an appointment with the REAL DOCTOR, and they give you an RN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

She has a calm, pleasant demeanor that immediately puts you at ease, and she listens carefully to your concerns before clearly explaining treatment options. Her expertise and gentle approach made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in excellent hands. She took the time to ensure I understood my care plan and followed up in a way that felt thoughtful and personalized. I wholeheartedly recommend this dermatology practice to anyone seeking dermatologist care. If you want skilled clinicians, compassionate staff, and a pleasant, professional environment, you’ll be very well served here — especially with Dr. Syms leading the care.

I have been going to Advanced Dermatology since I moved to Greenville five years ago. I have been so pleased. I started seeing Reeli Reinu the past two yearly visits, and she is incredible. She is one of the most thorough dermatologist that I have ever seen. She is kind, patient, and has excellent bedside manner. I had melanoma in my 30’s and i feel like I am in great hands under her care. Everyone is friendly in the office and the wait is always quick. 10/10 in my opinion.

I’ve seen Kendall Syms twice and she is fantastic. It’s so rare to find a provider that LISTENS! She’s more than happy to look and things and educate. Her kindness and gentle demeanor make going to the dermatologist so much less of a chore.
