Update: The salon owner fixed everything!!! She is an absolute god send! I highly recommend Michele!! I decided to treat myself to a salon day. I have been dealing with multiple new auto immune disease and I was losing hair rapidly when the problem first started and my hair was finally growing back. I went to this salon (I will not be including the name of the stylist) to get a cut and color. I have a short pixie cut. We have a consultation. I gave her creative freedom. The only thing was i didnt want bright fashion colors. She instead kept asking me what color I wanted. I told her I wanted her to have creative freedom. I ended up sharing with her a pintrest board I had saved so she could copy something. Fine. She says she doesn’t want to use bleach on my hair and instead she wanted to use a high lift color. I completely agree. I explain to her that my scalp has been extremely dry in certain areas and oily in others. She offers a scalp treatment add on for $15. The appointment day comes and I get in her chair and she says “i think in order to get you to the level we need, we need to bleach the ends.” She says that she doesn’t think the color will show if not. My hair was a level 4 prior. As long as it won’t be to damaging. The new price $70 more than before. So she goes and mixes bleach . She applies it to the right side of my head and then says I need to go mix more bleach ill be back. I say for probably 15-20 mins waiting. The bleach had dried and was crumbling . She finished the other side and leaves me to process. (This part of story in the pictures below) . I told her it was very orange and thats not what we discussed. She tells me in one of the pictures in my pintrest there was a formula for the color and she follow it. Instead of seeing what my hair pulled and going from there to create a formula she used a generic one that was for someone else. She then blames it on my hair and how it didnt want to hold the red and brown tones. My hair was died brown prior. She continued to style my hair. Again i have a pixie cut. She pulls out a full size straightening iron and starts to straighten my hair forward. It was a mess. Through all of it im still being so polite. She then puts the iron down infront of me and says if you have a better way to straighten it you can use the straightener. In my head im thinking no, thats what i paid you for. At the end im not happy i express this and she blames it on my hair and that if i wanna come back and pay $20 more she can add more red to it in like a toner. There was no way i was coming back. Its time to pay and the salon has so many people in it that I dont want to create a scene. So i pay this insane amount and leave. I cried and cried. This was a big thing I wanted to do for myself and its a nightmare. So I get the courage to text her about it asking for maybe just a partial refund. I definitely understand that she spent alot of time on my hair but this is not what i asked for. For days I dont hear back from her so I text her again. And she tells me she ended up in the ER. She says that she is 100% confident in her work and doesnt do refunds but is willing to bring me back in to try and fix it. Since she hadnt responded for days, I went on and low lighted it myself. I was not about to go sit in her chair again for more damage. My hair is so insanely dry and limp from everything shes done. Ive done multiple treatments and its so lifeless. She is responsible for this but I dont know what to do at this point

Abby did SUCH an amazing job on my brows! The arch is fantastic, the attention to detail was on point, and she was so much fun to talk to :) she came highly recommended to me from a friend, and she did not disappoint! Best brows I’ve ever had!

My parents had a rough week-a kitchen faucet leak ruined their floors and we have had to pack up their Christmas and decor in order for mitigation to be done. My mom-who just turned 83-ended up pulling something in her neck and had a sore shoulder. I booked her a massage with Emily Smith at Regency and wow- she was amazing! Mom can turn her head again and couldn’t say enough how kind Emily was, professional and patient. I would highly recommend!
