Dynamic Dental Care

This place is the best! As someone who has had some not-so-pleasant dental visits, I was a little nervous to try a new place. We moved from out of state and my husband and I have been looking forward a dentist. After some research I decided to try this place and went for my first visit yesterday. I’m a stay-at-home mom right now so my young kids are with me 24/7. I asked if it was okay to bring them along and they confirmed it would be okay. I was so nervous about how my kids would do since they’re usually pretty energetic. Every single person in the building was AMAZING! From the phone calls and check-in with Autumn and Corey to the Dental Assistant Brittany and the dentist Dr. Huish. They all helped distract my kids and keep them company so I can focus on being seen and explained everything so thoroughly. They also did an amazing job making me feel comfortable at the dentist. I returned today for a cleaning with the dental hygienist Heidi, and had the same wonderful experience. She put on a video for my kids to watch and did a great job cleaning. Everyone here is very welcoming and thorough and I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Brittany at Dynamic Dental Care in Spokane is the BEST of the BEST. She accompanied Dr. Reis while I was getting some fillings done, and she made it a breeze! If we’re talking about a person who truly CARES beyond just doing their job, but also putting good into the world, that’s got her written all over it. She is 10/10, 5 stars!! I am not a person who is very fond of the dentist, but I’d come back a hundred thousand times working with her. Thank you beyond what words could express. You deserve the best blessings in life. Great energy and welcoming environment from both her and Dr. Reis!!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a welcoming and energetic team that truly cares! The staff is highly skilled, professional, and clearly passionate about delivering quality care. Everything feels well-organized and patient-focused, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

My first visit with them was a dental emergency. So if I’m going to find out from the start what kind of staff and care they have, this was definitely it! And Wow did they over exceed my expectation! From the start, my first impression was a light, bright modern waiting room. Staff greeted me immediately and guided me through the steps. The Chair side Asst. (Lucy) was very welcoming and had a calm kind demeanor that put me at easy immediately! She was very informative and helpful. I was seeing Dr. Jordan Reis. I was never left to wait long. Quickly after meeting him his bedside manner calmed my nerves and concerns. I really appreciated the amount of time he spent with me. As I said… this was not an everyday situation. But they moved mountains to help me! This I will never forget! It was not the same Dr. who did my procedure. It was another Dentist, but in the same group. He was absolutely fantastic! He made having a Root canal that could have been absolutely horrible a really comfortable and painless experience. (Sadly, I can not remember his name! 🤦🏻‍♀️) so sorry! But I want to get this done before life moves on… Again, can’t thank you all enough. Min Crumpacker

Great experience as always. Staff was helpful and friendly. They made sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort and kept me informed of what to expect. I'm bad at remembering names but Brittany and the Dr were both great.
