I cannot sing the praises of Trailhead Dental loudly enough! My first appointment as a new patient was awesome! The office is bright and cheerful. The staff was so warm and very welcoming. I had a thorough, comprehensive first appointment with the most modern dental technology ever! Dr. Storer and his staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my exam, X-rays and cleaning. My hygienist, Angie explained everything she was doing with the different tools and processes and was very gentle throughout my cleaning making sure I was ok at every turn. Dr. Storer was so easy to talk and very informative. I feel so fortunate to have found this office and this care team! I highly recommend Trailhead Dental!!

Their technology is very advanced, and I was impressed with how thoroughly they reviewed and understood my dental history as a new patient. My hygienist, Angie, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all of her tools and processes, then executed everything flawlessly. Dr. Storer was also incredibly welcoming. He carefully examined my teeth and even did a quick oral cancer screening, which I really appreciated. The office itself has a clean, comfortable, and inviting lobby with snacks and beverages available for patients while they wait. I had the most incredible experience at Trailhead Dental - Dentist Spokane and I truly cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. My hygienist Angie was absolutely amazing. She walked me through every single step, from the X-rays and scans to the cleaning, explaining everything in detail and educating me along the way. I never once felt rushed or confused. She was so gentle, kind, and attentive. She even wrapped me in two blankets to keep me comfortable, which meant so much to me. What impressed me most is that they found and removed leftover cement from a crown procedure that had been missed at Fifth Dental Arts, San Diego, about a year and a half ago. I had been dealing with inflamed gums ever since and did not know why. Angie and the doctor carefully removed it, and the inflammation is already gone. I am beyond grateful to finally have relief. Because of this experience, I have decided to redo my crown with them and move forward with Invisalign here as well. I feel completely confident in their care and expertise. Finding such an exceptional dental clinic in Spokane right away feels like such a blessing. Professional, compassionate, thorough, and truly patient focused. I am so grateful I found them.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was welcomed immediately with warmth and smiles from the staff. I loved that they offered complimentary amenities (essential oil, stress ball, eye mask) to make the visit more comfortable. The entire team was incredibly friendly, and I was genuinely impressed by how modern, high-tech, and thoughtfully designed the office was. My cleaning was very thorough, and I appreciated that they provided options and education about whitening without any pressure. As a new patient, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The scans, X-rays, and cleaning were all completed in about an hour, and I left feeling truly cared for. I cannot recommend Trailhead Dental enough. Amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and kind! I loved that they offered essential oils (& other options) during the dental cleaning too, to make it more relaxing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.
