I’ve been here a few times for cleanings, and got my wisdom teeth out today. Everyone has been well-informed and friendly, but not in a fake, customer service way. I really appreciate the staff, hygienists, and doctors being transparent with treatments and procedures, being someone that is very nervous around the medical field.

I wish I could say I loved the office but with the turnover rate I never know anyone there anymore. I’ve had such nice girls clean my teeth and the next time I go in they have left. Always new faces in the front I never know who I’m talking to on the phone. I would recommend finding a dentist who not only wants to keep their employees but their patients too!

Went in because my crown came loose. Instead of just gluing it back on they took x-rays and then told me that I had an infection at the bottom of my root. He gave me options, talked about what he felt was the best option and then offered for me to get a second opinion if I needed. We discussed surgery, pulling the tooth or trying another root canal. I asked about the surgery and he explained how everything would go. I asked about the root canal and he stated that there is always a chance that the infection would be back. When I went out to reception, the receptionist explained the costs for me, but then told me how great of a dentist I had and that he had done the surgery procedure quite a lot and knew what he was doing. I don’t want to lose any more teeth so I went with the surgery, and the receptionist told me she was proud of me and gave me a hug. It wasn’t an easy decision, but after meeting with the doctor and talking with the receptionist I know I made the right choice. They will continue to be my dentist moving forward…because they seem to care more about me as a person, and not just about making money, even though this was my very first visit. Thank you for the great service for my first time in your office!

Great first impression! From booking appointments for me and my spouse, to completing paperwork by text, check in with very friendly and welcoming front office staff, then X-rays and cleaning with the hygienist, meting the dentist for the exam and scheduling at check out. Pleasant, easy and efficient from beginning to end. No pressure on the treatment plan timeline either; just sound advice with understandable rationale. Very nice to meet my new dental team.

Dr. Gaunt is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’m usually not a fan of going to the dentist, but he completely changed that for me. He’s so kind, patient, and genuinely understanding, which made a huge difference during my visit. I had to get a root canal because I was in a lot of pain, and he walked me through every step, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free. What could have been a really stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly easy because of the way he cared for me. If you’ve ever had bad experiences with dentists before, I can’t recommend Dr. Gaunt enough—he might just change your mind the way he did mine.
