Great place. Dr Kerst is an excellent dentist and takes great pride in his work . I have been with him for more than 15 years and have had numerous procedures including: Crowns Root canals Bridges Small cavities And regular cleanings His office is always on time and they will work very hard to fit you in for an emergency if needed. I have never experienced any pain in any of the procedures including the “dreaded “ root canal I had. Friendly staff as well

Work was satisfactory and staff is nice, but I was charged almost twice the estimated cost. Was supposed to cost roughly $5,000 but ended up being charged more than $8,000. When I complained, they knocked off a few hundred dollars, but would not live up to their original estimate. There were no issues or complications, and they had no evidence I had ever been quoted more than the original $5,000. I call it “bait and switch” at best or “dishonest” at the least. If you decide to use this dentist I recommend you get a written estimate in advance and expect to pay more.

Absolutely one of the best dental experiences of my life hands down. I had a traumatic experience with my last dental visit but Dr Kerst, Selena, and Even Tuesday were absolutely amazing people. And made sure I was comfortable and that my anxiety was addressed accordingly. They now have a patient for life thank you all so much.

I regret ever going to this dentist office. 8 months after having a filling done I am still experiencing pain. They also dropped my insurance while I was going there, but that was for the best as I was able to get a different insurance and revisit my old dentist. Along with a tooth issue they caused, they cancelled about 4 of my appointments and couldn't diagnose the issue they created. I went here for the good reviews, so maybe my experience is a one off, but it was not a good one.

Fantastic care from start to finish related to several difficult dental situations. Each and every staff member is kind and professional. Dr Kerst does an exemplary job. I’ve been very pleased, and feel most fortunate to be a patient at Latah Creek Family Dentistry.
