Kristen is an absolute pro at what she does! She’s been my go-to for lashes for over a year, and each appointment is like going to a spa—I get to chill in a peaceful, pretty atmosphere, and leave with my lashes looking great! I like that she’s up for chatting if I want, but is also super easygoing if I want to listen to something or just be quiet. She curates the products Bijou carries really well —every lash wash, etc I’ve gotten from her has been fantastic for both my lashes and the skin around my eyes. Another bonus is the system she uses to remind me of appointments via text, so my scattered brain stays up to speed on my next appointment. 😊
