Farah hair and spa

I came to Farah for a first-time visit a few hours before homecoming. I was scheduled for a wash, cut and style for my special event. The wash was brisk and rushed; the haircut was incredibly uneven and will need to be corrected by a professional; the style was given to her before the appointment was confirmed, and Farah said that she could do it. It turned out nothing like the reference picture. The part that was tucked into my neck fell out before I was even in the car. The style that she performed was essentially a messy French braid with numerous bobby pins crowded everywhere without any consistency or resemblance to what was requested. She was not very gentle with me, and she took numerous calls during my appointment. This was going to be for a very special occasion, but instead, I had to rush home and do my own hair. Essentially, I paid one hundred dollars for a less-than-mediocre haircut, a brisk washing, and not to mention rude service and unkind words. Went in for a complete make over and I left stunned. Loved the hair cut, loved the color and style, loved the full set of lashes and the face wax! Fatima was so sweet and kind and made me so comfortable with her! I trust her 100% and will be a lifetime client and I would suggest her to all my family and friends! Thank you so much Fatima!

Update…. Just had my second appointment with Farah, and again, she exceeded my expectations. I cannot stress enough, how thankful I am to have found her. I highly recommend! And I read a negative review down below that just shocks me, not only would I dispute the results, but I would also dispute the cost that she said she paid and that she said Farah spoke rudely to her. I obviously was not there, but this does not sound like Farah at all. In my experience, she is very kind and soft spoken and the review honestly makes me wonder if it is coming from a competitor. It just does not sound true at all. Absolute best experience ever! I highly recommend Farah’s! I got a last-minute appointment and this is the best my hair has ever looked!

I had such an incredible experience! The service was excellent from start to finish. She were not only knowledgeable but also patient and truly attentive, taking the time to listen to what I wanted. I felt cared for every step of the way, and her attention to detail made all the difference. My hair turned out absolutely amazing—better than I imagined! Fatima is a magician! My hair had turned brassy and needed a haircut badly. She had me send her an inspiration pic beforehand and she nailed it! Excellent communication. She checked with me a few times to make sure I was happy with the length of the cut and the color. I found my new forever stylist and will be back!
