Spokane Weight Loss

Being weight-loss resistant, this is the ONLY program that has worked for me. I love it because it is a HEALTH program and not a starvation diet. The meals are filling, with no calorie counting. The provided Coach is a wonderful resource to encourage and advise you through the experience. I've received so many compliments and have transformed not only my body but my mindset and food choices as well. I cannot recommend New Wave enough. I look and feel great. It was worth every penny!

This program is amazing! I have more energy, which was needed. I now can get through my day and not fall asleep after I get home from work. An added plus... my husband gives my bottom a love tap every time he walks by! Do it!!! You will wonder why you didn't start this program sooner! Michelle Kouf

The absolutely best thing that I accomplished on the program was i stopped needing insulin. I’ve been a type two diabetic for 8 years and taking 120 units of insulin a day. I note take none! I lost weight but no longer needing medication to control my blood sugar was so worth everything and more!
