Very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff!!! They explain all the different services they offer such as Red-light therapy, Cryotherapy, PEMF, Sonic Vibration, EWOT, Ballancer Gold Lymphatic, Wellness Pod, and the HOCATT and the benefits of each service and work with you to find what would fit for you personally. Level Up is super clean and has a relaxing spa atmosphere. I would highly recommend trying one of the day passes so you can experience the different services they offer. Over the past month I have seen a great difference already using the Red light, PEMF and Cryotherapy a couple times a week and can’t wait to book another HOCATT detoxification session!

I can't believe Level Up has been around for 4 years and I just now started going. I've been 3 times and the results are absolutely insane. “Thumbs ups” to LevelUP Wellness. There Red Light, PEMF, Chryo and saunas therapy sessions worked on my 60+ -year-old body. I don’t go as often as I’d like, but 100% after a few sessions I feel better and stronger than I have in a long time – More energy and no more ackee muscles and joints that prevented me from enjoying simple outings. Jordon and the staff are friendly and attentive to you and making sure you’re getting the most of your visit and are helpful with scheduling if or when you might need it.

I have suffered from Long Covid for just over 4 years now, with debilitating fatigue, brain fog and pain. I've been researching these therapies and there are so many documented studies on how they work. When I saw the ad for Level Up, I booked the day pass. The results have been Incredible! I felt better the next day than I have in 4 years! It's been 2 weeks, and I still feel better than I ever did. I travel to Spokane to help my Mom with her medical issues. I will be coming about every 3 months now, and I will visit Level Up every time I'm in town. We don't have anything like it back home-- you are so LUCKY to have it here!
