The Metabolic Institute

I can’t recommend The Metabolic Institute enough! Debbie is absolutely incredible. From my very first appointment, she made me feel truly seen and, most importantly, gave me hope that I could get better. My journey to improving my health has had its challenges, but thanks to Debbie, I now have the tools and guidance I need to navigate it. I often recommend The Metabolic Institute to friends, and many have found solutions to health issues they couldn’t resolve with previous providers. The entire team is wonderful—every time I walk in, I’m greeted by name with a warm smile. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I forgot about this business until lately I’ve been inundated with emails from them. I had an office visit and Debbie saw me and said she thought I had Lyme. She fancies herself as a Lyme expert so I believed her. She did traditional labcorp testing which came back negative for Lyme. So then she told me I didn’t have Lyme. Two years later of progressively getting worse, I saw a real Lyme literate practitioner who did the proper testing which came back positive for Lyme and several co infections. A perfect example of having just enough information to be dangerous.

Debbie and her staff have been kind, caring and thorough. I’ve had the opportunity to get a more complete look at what is going on inside my body. I’ve had fatigue and some other issues for a few years now. She did suggest several supplements but explained how they work and also said which might be most important if I didn’t want to spend money on all of it. I’ve already started feeling better and have some answers. I’ve never had such a complete work up and I’m truly grateful for the time Debbie has spent with me, explaining things to me and listening and giving some real, science based suggestions for my well-being.

Debbie is an absolute top tier provider. She takes a full body system approach to health. She cuts no corners and provides a wealth of knowledge to her patients. Not only does she truly care about you as a patient and person - she's incredibly kind and easy to talk with. She also has a competent staff that is always friendly. Highly recommend the Metabolic Institute and specifically Debbie Judd!

If you want to take corrective action and make an effort to get to the root of your illness and not just mitigate the symptoms the Metabolic Institute is the place to be. Debbie and her team will work WITH you, based on your individual needs and objectives to get you where you want to be. It is refreshing to work with a Practitioner who actually listens to the patient and respects your individuality and unique characteristics. Unlike the HMO where I am allotted ten minutes, rubber stamped and referred out Debbie actually takes the time to get to know who you are, what you want and how to get you there. Buffy is great and treats you like a fellow human being and not just another number on the days schedule. If you want to get outside the standard HMO box and get some real help set an appointment. My first appointment was seven years ago. I don't think I would be here today without their input. Thanks Mike, Debbie and Team!!
