I am very impressed with the team at Moore Family Clinic! I scheduled an appointment to be a new client and they were only 2 weeks out (which is unheard of nowadays!). It was easy to fill out the paperwork beforehand to be ready for my appointment. Dr. Shanna spent the time to listen to my concerns and make a plan to get everything addressed. After, Carrie made sure I understood what to expect with billing and insurance which was great. I highly recommend going to them if you're looking for a locally owned and operated clinic that provides exceptional care and service!

I had my first visit today, and it was fantastic! Shanna Moore is an excellent listener, and a fantastic provider. I felt like a person, not a number. My primary care closed their practice, and I am so happy I landed with Moore family clinic for my healthcare provider. Additionally, Carrie is amazing! She helped me make sure my insurance was covered and it was a joy to work with. Highly recommend! I don’t see me ever going anywhere else. So glad I found them!

Shanna is a phenomenal nurse practitioner. From the moment that I met her I felt welcomed into her clinic. My initial intake was thought out, thorough, and for the first time I felt truly seen and heard by a provider. She has worked tirelessly to ensure I have the referrals, lab work, and care needed at any time of the week. Truly goes above and beyond for her patients and I do not feel like I am just stuck on the conveyor belt of healthcare. She is easy to reach out to and is quick to answer any questions I may have. I continue to recommend her to my family and friends looking for a new primary care provider in the Spokane area. I am truly grateful for the level of care that she provides me and her attentiveness to me does not go unnoticed! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Setting an appointment was easy and quick. My appointment with Shanna Moore was such a pleasant difference from other care providers. She was attentive and caring and made it very clear she was entirely focused on my visit and there to help. I was seen on time and wasn’t rushed through my visit. I highly recommend this clinic.
