First Choice Dental- Madison Campus

Chipped a tooth on a Friday evening, called multiple dentist, and they all told me I would have to wait till Monday to get it looked at and then make a appointment to get it repaired, I texted the Wendy at first choice dental and she called me and told me to come on right in, I was blown away also in shock she could fix it that same day. Dr Schulenburg went above and beyond to make me feel like I left out with a perfect smile, she took her time and made sure I was happy with it. I highly recommend this place. It’s rare finding places like these. The team there is amazing

Visiting First Choice Dental was a great experience, especially as a new patient! I have anxiety around visiting the dentist and I was nervous for my appointment given that it has been some time since my last visit. But everyone I interacted (receptionists, hygienists, and dentist) was helpful and made me feel at ease! They were very understanding and had no judgement towards me. The dentist gave me time to ask any follow up questions, and made sure I understood my next steps. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience!

Over the past couple of years, I’ve visited a few different First Choice Dental locations, but my recent cleanings have been at this Regent Street location—and this is now my go-to spot. The main reason I keep coming back is because of Wendy, the office manager. She’s an absolute rock star when it comes to customer service. I used to go to the Middleton location, but when I needed to reschedule, the staff there (and even at Verona) weren’t willing to check availability across other offices. When I called Regent Street, Wendy went above and beyond. Not only did she check her location’s schedule, but she offered to look into openings at other First Choice offices to make sure both my wife and I could get in for cleanings. That kind of effort really stood out. Since then, I’ve had great experiences here. The dental hygienist Will is friendly and professional, and Dr. White is attentive when reviewing my teeth and X-rays. Parking is also easy—there’s a small lot, but I’ve never had trouble finding a spot. If you’re looking for quality dental care with staff who truly go the extra mile, I highly recommend the Regent Street location of First Choice Dental.

The team members here are really wonderful! I went in uncertain due to it being my first visit, but left feeling more informed, and at ease than I ever have after a dental appointment! Really nice team. Even immediately arranged a 6-month follow-up.

They've been doing my dental work for more than a decade now, meaning obviously that i am very satisfied with the quality of the services i have been receiving there. They take the time to listen, if there's something special to be done, they will explain in simple terms that anyone can understand. I will recommend them at 2AM in the morning with my eyes closed😁!
