First Choice Dental- Sun Prairie

I called as a new patient with a concern about a painful tooth. They were able to see me the next day. The CSR was clear about what they were able to offer. A brief exam and radiograph to decide what the next steps would be. When I got there the computer system was down. All the staff was very professional and transparent about what was happening. Shannon was able to get the radiograph done still and the doctor was able to complete the exam and gave me a very clear plan going forward. When I was back at the desk the staff apologized again saying the system wasn't up yet but they would call to schedule my follow up. In general the clinic was very inviting and the exam chair had massage. Very soothing! The pre-exam/new patient forms also asked about what could be used to help relax you and reduce fear. That is the definition of patient care. I can't wait to go back.

I’ve been going to first choice with Jessica being my primary dental assistant for awhile now. As much as I would like to make some sarcastic jokes on her performance. She does excellent work. Keeps a good conversation going and makes the appointments go quickly. Doesn’t seem to know how to floss my teeth properly after all these years but overall gets the job done. lol. In all seriousness, I don’t see me changing Dentists anytime soon, and that’s basically because of her. She’s aight.

They were wonderful. It was my 2 year old's first visit to the dentist. She cried a little but they made her feel safe.

The staff are very professional and courteous. The doctors are excellent and dedicated to giving patients a positive experience even if there are challenges. In addition to the standard cleanings and check-ups, I've had several crowns done. All but one of them went smoothly. Even the one that was particularly difficult they did everything they could to make the experience positive.

Taipon and Dr Patel did a great job with my crown prep. Both were very sensitive to my needs and making sure everything through out the appointment was comfortable- they are a great team with wonderful bedside manner. Both explained everything they were doing - I highly recommend them.
