As soon as I told the hygienist not to use the cavitron on my teeth it was like I pissed her off. I have not had such a rough cleaning in ten years. Dental Health has had some very good hygienists but doesn’t appear they have a plan to retain them. If my next appointment is scheduled with Allison I will cancel it and find a new dentist. Thanks. Dr. Bjork is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m retired now so I have had a few. Everyone in the office is very nice and friendly. Every time I need work, I always get a few options from the doctor. And we work together on the best option for me.

I recently moved to Madison and had an emergent issue with a tooth of mine. I reached out to this office to arrange care and very happy I did. They stayed in communication about getting my previous records shared with them and at the appt they were great. Sarah and Dr Bjork took care of me smoothly, were informative, and I had zero concerns in their care. Happy I chose them.

I have been here twice and both were terrible. They always want to up sell by telling me that I need deep cleaning and refuse to do general cleaning even I requested. Most insurance don’t cover deep cleaning and I’ll have to pay out of pocket for $1400. They always need 2 appointments: 1 for exam and 1 for cleaning, if they ever agree to do cleaning at all. They want to double charge my insurance. For other dental offices, you only need to come once, and they’ll do exam and cleaning for you, same day, no need to visit the second time, and your insurance is only billed once.

I have been with Dr. Bjork and associates for almost ten years! I’m always pleased with my visits. Dr. Bjork is kind, knowledgeable and very good looking!! ☺️ Katie, the hygienist is awesome! Personable, knowledgeable and is practically pain free! I highly recommend this dental group! 🤩
