First Choice Dental- Verona

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Everytime I go, i cry uncontrollably and I leave my appointment with bruises on my hands where my nails dig in. This is the first dentist appointment I went to where I left without bruises and tears. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They walked through every step before hand and were aware of my discomfort the entire time and did whatever they could to help. They offered a stress ball once they noticed I tensed up and informed me of every step and gave me positive words along the way. They were so kind and reassuring and never made me feel badly for my nervousness. If you have anxiety around the dentist and need a safe place to go, I highly recommend going here. They were truly incredible!

Cheerful, competent, caring service every step of the way. Professional in every respect. UPDATE: 2nd visit: Tess was very patient and persistent in needing to spend twice as much time deep cleaning. Third visit: tooth extraction by Dr. Siatoski went quickly and smoothly. She was very attentive to potential pain points with a light touch. Abby's prep was efficient but cheerful and they coordinated very well as a team for the procedure.

I had a very disappointing experience with First Choice Dental. The biggest issue was that no one clearly explained that my insurance wouldn’t cover the procedure. I only found out later, which was very frustrating and unexpected. I also tried calling the office multiple times to ask about the bill and insurance, but no one ever returned my calls. It felt like once the appointment was over, they didn’t care about helping resolve the issue. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. They seemed annoyed when I asked questions and didn’t make the experience any easier. Another concern was the cleanliness of the office. The place didn’t seem very clean, which is not something you want to feel when you’re visiting a dental clinic. Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and the condition of the office made this a very negative experience for me.

Claire was very friendly, thorough in my teeth cleaning and exam. She did a great job in communicating during appointment. Dr. Nick was also very friendly and took the time to discuss findings and thoroughly discuss my dental exam. Much appreciated!

Today I had my first appointment at First Choice Dental in Verona. I knew of them before, but never knew anything about them. From reception, to my Dental Assistant Alexia and my Dentist Dr. Hamilton, everyone was welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I was very impressed with my treatment here. I look forward to future visits.
