They are professional and timely with their appointments. I’ve had such a great experience so far with my treatments and am extremely impressed with the hair reduction after only 4 treatments! I chose this place for laser hair removal on my beard, neck, and face/beard line, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The team here is truly exceptional. The staff is extremely professional, caring, and skilled at what they do. Most of my sessions have been with Arizona and Casey, and they are both absolutely amazing. They take the time to explain every step of the process, always make sure I’m comfortable, and ensure that I don’t feel any pain at all. Their professionalism and kindness really stand out. The receptionist is also incredibly professional and friendly. She always helps me schedule my next appointments with ease and makes the entire experience as comfortable as possible. I’m genuinely so thankful for all of them. If I could, I would happily choose more of their services (like armpits, etc.) because the quality of care here is just that good. Milan tends to be on the higher end for the total cost of lazer hair removal but that is due to their life time pricing, which can be especially worth it for those hormonal zones. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a permanent hair removal solution.
