I had an incredible experience at Ideal Image! From the moment I walked in, the team was so welcoming and professional. Markie at the front desk was friendly and made check-in a breeze. My consultation was thorough, and every step of the process was explained clearly. A special shoutout to my nurse Cindy who went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease during my first treatment. She was so kind, patient, and attentive, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Thank you to the amazing staff at Ideal Image—I couldn’t be happier with the care I received! :)

Great Experience from beginning to end! I was nervous because I’d heard Ultherapy was painful. It wasn’t. Some moments were rough. When it got a little hard, Shannon grabbed a buzzing device, rubbed my shoulders, held my hand, and got me through it. Taylor was phenomenal! She made me feel at ease, was so professional, knowledgeable and made sure I knew what she was doing at all times. Thank you to Cece and Lulu for their knowledge of what to do following the procedure. Class act staff all around!

Went in for a consult and saw Shannon - she is so friendly, approachable, and educated on all things skin care, Botox, and fillers. She answered all of my questions and explained things in ways that were easy to understand for a first-timer. She wasn’t pushy and was honest about what I need to achieve the results I’m looking for. What’s even better is that the treatments are affordable! Was happy she had time for treatment after my consultation today; can’t wait to go back.

So thrilled to find my one stop Medispa! I got it all today… lasers and Botox with micro needling coming up soon! I love their fair prices and packages, and I love how much knowledge the staff have to impart. Clearly they are super passionate about what they do! Can’t wait to see my results! One week later, and I had more thoughts! I got to work with Shannon for my Botox… Which they also were super accommodating and scheduled me last minute, working around my busy travel nurse schedule and when I was going to be in town. I worked with Meg as far as my laser hair removal and wow… This procedure has come such a long way from the last time I had it done! There was minimal discomfort and expert level advice and education throughout the procedure. I loved the placement and the number of units chosen for the Botox, I loved the aftercare summary for the laser. 10 out of 10 would recommend! You’ve got a client for life!

Very disappointed. I could have spent $2300 a lot differently. When signing up, they state that you can have an appointment every 6 to 8 weeks. Then after, they strictly say it has to be at least 8 weeks. Keep in mind, you are paying for the year, not per appointment. So this makes you have less appointments. One time, someone called in so I had to reschedule. Well, their schedule was full so I couldn’t get in for another 4 weeks after that. I have been done with my appointments and still have all the hair that I had and still in all the worst spots. Thanks for a waste of time and money.
