Where do I start….THE BEST! Beverly Hills level service in WI! I came for a diamond glow facial on my birthday with Sam and she was like the friend I never knew I needed! From the beginning when I called to let them know I was running late the amazing receptionist was so kind and even moved my appointment back to accommodate me parking! I was so worried about being late and instantly she calmed me. The facial itself was so relaxing I couldn’t feel my feet after!!! the beds, the rooms , the drink they gave me it was literally like I was in heaven! I explained to Sam some of my facial hair concerns with ingrowns and she was so receptive and took the time before the facial to explain the process as a African American man that was priceless to me to have my concerns listened to and reaffirmed and for her to custom tailor the facial to my concerns she is amazing at what she does! I will be back!!! Bless this business! ❤️
