Proof is in the outcome and she's demonstrated positive results each year. --> Really appreciate Grazi's focussed attention to my specific facial details. She's a true practitioner, not just following a standard protocol. I've had BBLs elsewhere, but return ONLY to Quintessa-Middleton, and for very good reason!

I recently had a BBL treatment with Grazi, and it was one of the best aesthetic experiences. Grazi made me feel completely comfortable and confident. She took the time to explain the entire process in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect before, during, and after the treatment. Her professionalism and expertise were clear right away. Grazi is incredibly knowledgeable about BBL treatments and customized everything to suit my specific goals and skin type. The treatment itself was smooth and much more comfortable than I expected. Grazi constantly checked in to make sure I was doing okay. The results have been amazing. I’ve noticed a visible improvement in my skin’s tone and texture If you’re considering a BBL treatment, I cannot recommend Grazi enough. She is professional, kind, skilled, and genuinely passionate about what she does!

When I first arrived for my appointment Jamie greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve had BBL treatments many times before but this was my first time having the treatment done at Quintessa. Graciela did a FABULOUS job by walking me through every step and checking in on my comfort level. It was BY FAR the most comfortable BBL treatment I’ve ever experienced with results to go with it. Graziela also had fantastic chair-side manner and was such a joy to chat with. Carly also did a great job with my Botox and walked me through each step and what to expect. She is an incredibly sweet professional! I will definitely be a returning client.

Absolutely wonderful experience at their medi-spa! Karley is the only person I trust putting filler in my face! She is always incredibly helpful when it comes to explaining where I need filler and why. I am a busy mom of a special needs/medically complex child who doesn’t have a lot of time on my hands. They are always able to get me in at a time that is convenient for me, knowing how difficult finding “me time” or time for “self care” is! Many medi-spas will try and upsell you items so that you are getting more than you need. And that is one thing I can assure you they don’t do here!!! They like to take baby steps and ensure you like your results vs throw an excessive amount of products that you “need”! Kathy, based out of Quintessa’s Delafield office is also amazing! When you book with them, let them know Alexa Rogers sent you and you’ll get a gift card to apply to your first appointment! Cannot recommend Quintessa enough!!!!

I had a BBL treatment with Grazi, and I genuinely had such a great experience. She really knows what she’s doing and explains everything in a calm, easy way that instantly puts you at ease. I was surprised by how comfortable the whole treatment was — it didn’t feel nearly as intense as I expected and there was no downtime. About a week later I had a bit of dryness, but it faded quickly, and my skin ended up looking and feeling really smooth and radiant. Grazi is just wonderful — professional, kind, and really attentive to what you want without making you feel pressured in any way. I left feeling taken care of and really impressed with the results. Highly recommend her.
