Electrolysis Clinic & Laser

Unfortunately I would not recommend electrolysis here if you can go elsewhere. At my first appointment, I mentioned how painful the experience was and was met with a dismissive response belittling how I felt. It’s worth noting I have a pretty high pain tolerance and am not one to speak up unless it’s unbearable. I decided to continue, as a numbing cream was offered to me before my subsequent appointments which I greatly appreciated. However, this offer was rescinded that offer a couple sessions later, saying, “can’t you just have the doctors you work with prescribe you something?” No, I can’t do that, and tried to figure out a solution to make the treatment tolerable, but there was no solution offered. Overall not impressed with the professionalism. I have since been to a different business in the area that was a small fraction of the pain with the same hair reduction.

The service and care here is outstanding! Liz made my first experience here comfortable and relaxing. I was so nervous to do something like this but she kept me calm and relaxed the entire time. Even before my appointment she was upfront about what I should expect and what she needed from me. To anyone considering laser hair removal, you want the best and most trusted person for the job and you need to go to Liz!

I went here for electrolysis and it was great. The office is very nice and the service is even better. I worked with Liz and she did such a great job, in addition I enjoyed our conversations! I have very dark hair and the difference between May vs now (August) is so noticeable, basically all of the darker hairs are gone. I used to pluck the hairs out but now I do not even notice any. I would 10/10 recommend.

I love both Liz and Teri. They are totally professional, experienced and experts at what they do. They are on time- I appreciate that they consider my schedule. I have had great results and have been a customer for three years. I will continue to give them my business and referrals. This business has been around more than ten years and they are constantly busy and booked. I trust them completely.

Good quality work! I WILL say that the technician was annoyed that I was uncomfortable during electrology work. She made a comment that "people who want their hair gone don't flinch." When I spend get 75 bucks on a 30-minute treatment, I just want someone to be gentle with me. If you're less sensitive emotionally and physically, I would highly recommend this place, but if you want a patient/ compassionate approach, this was not my experience. I now see another review that says a similar thing. Left with way less hair and a bit less self-esteem!
