This is an amazing spa! Jill is so knowledgeable and down to earth. I love the philosophy here. I have been treated at many other places and this was by far the most welcoming and educational visit I’ve had. I plan to go back for some treatments with Missy soon. She took the time to talk to me and understand what the best treatment for my concern would be. If you are looking for a new spa to call home, I would highly recommend Ethos!! You can’t go wrong!

Lakaecia was incredible — knowledgeable, calm, and extremely thorough. She took the time to explain everything beforehand, made sure I was comfortable during each treatment, and clearly cares about delivering high-quality results. The laser hair removal was efficient and precise, especially in sensitive areas like the neck, and the waxing was quick with great attention to detail.
