Ebb and Flow has assembled a team of massage therapists who are both highly skilled and genuinely caring. Jamie’s work has been especially helpful to me. Her massage techniques helped me relax and let go of stress during a difficult time. (Highly recommend!) I encourage folks to check out their new space on State Street, it has an incredibly calm and welcoming feel. I’m looking forward to trying their Red Light and Vibroacoustic Therapy soon!

I saw Jamie for a Reiki session at Ebb and Flow massage, and it was truly a beautiful experience. The space is warm and inviting, which immediately helped me relax. From start to finish, Jamie made me feel so comfortable, and I could feel how powerful and nurturing her energy work was. She ended the session with a lovely touch—a warm steam washcloth and a piece of chocolate—that made the experience feel extra special. Afterward, I felt lighter, more centered, and deeply relaxed. Jamie also has an intuitive presence that guided the session in such a meaningful way, which made it feel very personalized and healing. I appreciate that Ebb and Flow Massage provides a range of services, including Reiki and Reflexology. These thoughtful additions enhance the holistic and healing atmosphere of the establishment. I highly recommend Ebb and Flow! I scheduled an incredible 90-minute massage! The essential oils were so soothing to the senses, the hot towels felt amazing, and the acupressure work was exactly what I needed. The whole atmosphere was relaxing, and the technique and pressure were spot-on. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and totally renewed. They have a few newer services I am going to try next time. I can’t wait to go back again!

Jamie did an amazing job for my 90 min massage! She is easy to communicate my needs to and focuses on the client. For the 1st time, I tried some of her services using bamboo fusion. Truly amazing. Hot bamboo sticks melt your muscles like butter and applies pressure to all the hidden knots and trigger points. Highly recommend!!

Best massage I’ve ever had. Elle is an expert at using just the right amount of pressure and managed to release tension in areas I didn’t know I had. Definitely worth one hour of your time to do something nice for yourself! Highly recommend.
