I celebrated my birthday by treating myself to a massage and booking a private relaxation room. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt utterly pampered and taken care of! The staff is so lovely and helpful. I had one of the best massages of my life- truly! Angela was amazing. The room had a soaking tub, sauna, and massage table- and I took advantage of all of them. The rooms are so clean and zen- like. I had one of the best birthdays ever. I cannot wait to come back!

I recently visited Healing Hands Day Spa in Madison for the first time. It was a lovely experience! The rooms are very comfy and cozy. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating with scheduling. Free underground parking! Spa was very clean. I had a massage with Angela. It was one of the best I've ever had anywhere! Angela began with some questions, then tailored the massage to work on my most stressful points. I felt so relaxed afterwards! I would highly recommend Angela, and Healing Hands Day Spa to anyone needing to destress or just treating themselves to a much needed breather. I am already looking forward to the next time I can visit.

I recently celebrated my birthday with a spa day, and my initial impression was that the facility was exceptionally clean. Upon arrival, I was required to complete a substantial amount of paperwork, which, although understandable for a first-time visit, would have been more efficiently handled via email prior to my arrival. The massage that initiated my spa experience, while not the worst I have had, lacked a certain ambiance, with the music being somewhat too soft and creating an awkward silence punctuated only by the sound of breathing. Furthermore, I had to request water following the massage, as I was thirsty, which might have been anticipated given the nature of the treatment. In contrast, the facial treatment that followed was outstanding, with more suitable music and a marked absence of discomfort. I subsequently booked the tranquil room for an hour and a half, where I was offered a drink and snacks, although I again opted for water. It would have been beneficial to be informed that staff would knock on the door 15 minutes prior to the end of my session, as I was without my phone and unsure of the protocol, resulting in my departure nearly half an hour early. Unfortunately, my relaxation was also disrupted by the audible sound of high heels and loud conversation, which seemed to emanate from the reception area where three staff members were engaged in conversation. The checkout process was awkward, likely due to my early departure, and I felt uneasy under the gaze of the staff. Additionally, there was an issue with billing, as the spa was unable to bundle my package, necessitating separate payments for the massage ($100), facial ($250), and room. Despite these issues, I intend to return, and I believe that a few adjustments could enhance the experience, such as providing snacks or a mini fridge in the room. The spa's quality is notable, particularly in comparison to others in Madison, and with a few improvements, it could be exceptional. I look forward to booking another appointment, potentially with my daughters.

My partner and I booked the tranquility room for an hour on a cold day in January and it did not disappoint! The staff at healing hands were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The space offered an infrared sauna, cold tub, and massage table and we loved making the experience our own by rotating between all 3. We will definitely be back!

My facial by Brooke was absolutely amazing. The consultation had detailed questions and she let me know she was going to use a lighter option for my microdermabrasion. The massage was also very relaxing, which is very important. I’ll be back for another facial and I’m definitely interested in a full body massage!
