Dr. Ashley is great! She has been so helpful getting me through a very long, tough time of pain. She listens, and has my best interest in mind. I feel so grateful to have found her!

I was in excruciating pain. Nerve pain I've never experienced before. My chiropractor recommended Dr. Sam and I had an appointment within 24 hours! Dr. Sam listened to my descriptions of the linked pain in my back, leg and knee. He watched my responses to his movement directions and designed a beginner's series of simple exercises. I had appointments 2-3 times per week where I learned additional movement exercises as I improved. Dr. Sam was so patient, encouraging and never prescribed something I couldn't yet do. In seven weeks the nerve pain was completely gone. This has been an extraordinary physical therapy experience!

I cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Ashley. I came in seeking advice for hormone issues that my normal doctor did not seem to care about. She ran multiple labs and tests on me and it came back that I’m anemic as well as some other things. She said symptoms of that can be brain fog, fatigue, and depression. For months, I have been feeling all three of these things and have been going to my normal doctor and being told everything was normal. I felt like I was going crazy and that I would never feel like myself again. I seriously cried tears of joy when she came back with my diagnosis. It seems like such an easy fix and was put on an IV drip and given supplements. I just got put on them today so I haven’t seen any results yet, but I cannot recommend Dr. Ashley more. She took her time and listened and fix something I thought could never be fixed.

I tried acupuncture for the first about a month ago and I’m now more relaxed than I ever been! I have no more headaches and my chronic pain is almost gone in my lower back. The staff are kind professional and they’re good at communicating with me if there’s any questions or concerns. I always leave way more relaxed than when I came in!!
