Trans Dental Care

I’ve been a patient here for a long time and have always spoken very highly of my visits. In the past, my appointments honestly felt like a spa experience. This time, though, it felt different and a bit disappointing. I came in for a cleaning, and there was a lot of side conversation happening during the cleaning that made it feel less professional. The assistant handling the water seemed to use more than necessary, and the hygienist was not as present as usual and felt a little rough. When I left, my teeth didn’t have that squeaky clean feeling I’m used to. I also typically receive a sample toothbrush and floss at the end of my visit, but I didn’t receive anything this time. I’m sharing this because I truly value the care I’ve received in the past and hope this was just an off day. I would love to see the experience return to the high standard that made me such a loyal patient.

I have never had a dentist who is this THOROUGH! The amount of x-rays and pictures they take along with the cleaning care they do is insane. I had an issue with sensitivity by a filling and went to two separate dentists for an opinion and both said it looked fine. The folks here were very proactive and didn't immediately assume it was just normal teeth sensitivity - they actually found something wrong with it!! Very satisfied with my cleaning and the overall care they have here.

They were so sweet and accommodating! I’ve had to try different dentist in the last year and I’ve decided that I’ll stick with them, as a new adult they took the time to explain everything with me (treatment options, billing, the structure of my teeth! Etc.

Dr. Tran and his assistant Karen were so very kind and made sure I was comfortable and completely at ease (I am a dental coward). I will be going to them for all my dental health needs from now on.

The people that work there are friendly and make me feel like part of the family. They provide greater service as well. I get deep cleanings and they are very gentle. Doesn't matter who I get, always great care on my teeth
