I had an excellent experience at Derma LLC and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean, modern, and well maintained the facility was. Everything felt organized and up to date, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right place. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made the check in process smooth and stress free, and I did not feel rushed at any point. Everyone I interacted with was kind and respectful, which really makes a difference when you are not feeling your best. Dr. Lesley was absolutely wonderful. She was very informative, took the time to listen to my concerns, and quickly identified what was going on. You can tell she is experienced and knowledgeable because she knew what the issue was almost immediately. She clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and prescribed something that was actually helpful. Overall, the entire visit was efficient, professional, and reassuring. Great staff, a clean and modern facility, and a doctor who truly knows what she is doing. I am very grateful for the care I received and will definitely return if I ever need to for other problems.

I absolutely love the ladies at the front desk! They are always so kind, polite, and helpful whenever I speak with them on the phone, and they greet you with a warm smile the moment you walk in. I truly can’t say enough great things about Lesley—she gives you her full attention, really listens to your concerns, and is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to skincare. I highly recommend Derma!

Everything was excellent. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The surgeries went really smooth. The doctor and nurses explained everything that was going on as it was happening. This is the third surgery that Dr. Prather has performed on me and they have always been a great experience.

Everyone at Derma is always so very nice, helpful, and polite. From the ladies at the front desk making sure they explain things for the patient; to the care team in the back, I felt concern and true interest in what I was worried about. Leslie and Savanah asked questions as I brought up my concerns and they were sure to ask if there was anything further before ending my visit. Great Team Here!

Had to get some skin tissue removed and the staff and doctor were beyond professional and efficient. They made sure I was fully aware of what the procedure was about and what it entails. They also provided easy to understand post-procedure instructions.
