I went in for a mommy makeover; I was nervous just making the call! I was scheduled for a consultation and I was happy with not just the staff but the way I was treated. They had an appointment for the following week for the procedure. I took it! I just had my surgery last week. Went in at 6:30 am for preparation and surgery was at 7:30am... i was on my way home by 12pm (i chose to go home since we were not too far, but definitely recommend to stay at hotel for comfort) The first and second day I was sore!! The third day, I have to admit.... don't feel much but discomfort. I healed my bruises with in a couple of days ( I stuck to their vitamin/care instructions to the T) I am self reliant as of 6 days post op. I am healing great! Can't wait to post in couple of weeks to see how it's been. By the way the whole staff was amazing. I got everything done, but if I had to; definitely will go with them. My surgical doctor was Moses Salama

Without them this review would be much lower. Unfortunately, communication with the office staff went downhill after I paid in full. Before payment, everything was responsive and organized. After payment, that completely changed. I was left doing all the follow-ups, reaching out multiple times, and basically managing the process myself. What should have been seamless turned into a frustrating experience. Camila and Dr. Freiman were excellent, but the office staff’s communication after payment needs serious improvement.

This office explained the procedures. They contacted my credit company to extend my credit, got an extention, then ran a charge for 8,632. I did not have any procedure with them. I've been trying to get a full refund for an hour 1 1/2 years. They refunded $4,300 and kept the $4,332. I spoke with Haity today she was gong to look into it and call me. No call yet.
