i had such an amazing experience here! the space was absolutely beautiful and so welcoming from the moment i walked in. it was my first time getting masseter botox, and they took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explaining exactly what it does, how it works, and what to expect. i felt totally comfortable and confident the whole time. the service itself was quick, professional, and honestly kind of relaxing! i loved it so much that my mom and sister ended up making their own appointments on the spot. couldn’t recommend this place more!

I had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment I walked in, the reception team was so welcoming and sweet, which immediately put me at ease. My injector, Sasha, was incredible—her technique and attention to detail were amazing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything thoroughly. My Botox results turned out beautifully, and I’m so content with how natural and refreshed I look. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism from the entire team. I will absolutely be coming back for future treatments and highly recommend this medspa to anyone looking for both great results and a warm, attentive staff!

The experience at Lecada is always elevated, right from walking in the front door, the staff provides exceptional service. The space is a luxurious and could not recommend a better provider than Sasha. Extremely happy with the results from my services.

UPDATE: I find it very telling of the business practices that Lecada NEVER responds to negative reviews, perhaps to try and make things right, but ONLY responds to good reviews. What a joke. I accompanied my 39yr old wife to her botox appointment (straying from our normal Tampa injector), and she requested Disport, which lasts her 4mo+ for around $750. Lecada wouldn't do it, and instead did only Botox saying it would last longer. She paid the same $750, had to go back after 2 weeks after she still had movement, and they charged her $250 more. On top of that, she had significant movement after 3 more weeks. But hey, they acted like your best friend while robbing you and doing a crap job 🙄

I was honestly nervous about getting my lips done because I had read a bad review beforehand, but I’m so glad I went. Sasha did such an amazing job on both my mom and me! The results look natural but still gave us the fullness we wanted. She made us feel comfortable the whole time and explained everything really well. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! My cousin booked as soon as she saw mine and I’m so excited for her
