Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

Highly recommend this place Removery!! The 3 gals were amazing from the first phone call to consultation to the front desk and the actual procedure. They all made it so easy. I had my eyebrows done 2 years ago and they had turned grey on my skin :( so I went to tattoo Removery and the consultation and laser took about an hour all together and the pain was a little uncomfortable but not terrible. The actual laser removal was approx 15 min -It went quick, the associate was so thorough and made it fast and easy. I should have done this sooner! If you are on the fence, do it! I recommend this location Jacksonville so much! They were all so nice and professional. Easy to find!

I was really excited to start my tattoo removal journey with Removery Jacksonville and signed up for the unlimited package with high expectations. While I don’t regret the decision itself and the treatment seems fine so far, the customer service experience has been very disappointing. The sign-up process felt much more focused on selling the package than on understanding my needs or circumstances. The Jacksonville location is over an hour away from me, meaning each appointment requires a two-hour round trip. I’ve tried multiple times to move appointments slightly or find earlier availability to make this more manageable, but I’m consistently told there’s nothing available. What’s most frustrating is the attitude when calling the front desk. The staff who answer the phones are unaccommodating and dismissive, and it’s made very clear that checking the schedule or trying to help is “too much.” There’s little to no effort to work with clients, which is disappointing considering the financial and time commitment required for an unlimited package. I’ve only had one session so far, and while I’m committed to continuing, I’m unsatisfied with the overall experience. If there were another location closer with better customer service, I would absolutely go there instead. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because better communication and basic customer care would make a huge difference.

I had such a great experience at Removery! From the moment I walked in, Alex greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable right away. Mary handled my consultation for another tattoo removal, and she was so professional and knowledgeable she answered all of my questions thoroughly and put me at ease about the process. Kelsey did my actual removal session, and she was amazing! She explained everything step by step, made sure I was comfortable, and was very attentive throughout the treatment. The whole team made the experience smooth, friendly, and professional. I really appreciate the care and attention they each gave me, and I feel confident continuing my removal journey here. I absolutely love Removery in Jacksonville! Everyone has been amazing since the day I had my consultation. It’s been a long journey (3 years) and I’m so close to the end. That’s definitely enough time to form a very strong opinion about a company. They have far exceeded my expectations!! If you want to have a tattoo removed, don’t bother looking anywhere else!
