Excellent experience for my Fraxel laser treatment. I went in for a consultation and was able to have the Fraxel done the same day, which was a huge plus. The provider thoroughly explained the treatment, expected results, and all costs upfront, so everything was very clear with no surprises. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I also loved that they include a complimentary facial that can be scheduled a few days later to support healing and results. Highly recommend this office for Fraxel and laser treatments.

Dr. Bae was excellent! I was a little skeptical at first, because trying a new doctor isn't always easy. I had a tiny scar that was right next to my eye, and it was hideous. The first process was very tedious and difficult, because the skin surface around the eye is very fragile. Dr. Bae did an excellent job and was patient with me, because the process made me nervous. The staff and nurses were great. I highly recommend Dr. Bae. I will be back.

Dr. Bernstein and his staff are the best. He is thorough and knowledgeable; taking the time to explain things clearly and simply. His staff is friendly and helpful. All in all, a great experience.
