Abbey Rowley was able to remove my very large sunspot within two sessions, which I did not know I would ever be able to get rid of! On top of only two sessions it was by far the most affordable practice in the area. Abbey was very knowledgeable in what she was doing and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Couldn't be happier.

Beata failed to remove my tattoo after many sessions. By the sixth, I gave up going to her. She started great, but after 2 sessions I didn’t see much improvement in removing it. I also noticed the machine wasn’t giving me the same amount of pain that I received as the first two sessions when it actually started fading. It felt like she purposely wasn’t fully powering on the machine in order to keep scheduling sessions. Like I said, I gave up, and I’m going somewhere else now. I don’t feel like being milked for as many sessions as possible. Beata you know what you did, and I am not falling for it. You successfully pushed a good paying customer away because you got greedy. Because of this I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Updated to reply to owner: You can make all the excuses you like, but in the end you still lied about how many times it would take to remove. And it still doesn’t explain why there was no real progress after the first two sessions. I got fed up with your lies, so stop lying to people and making stuff up. Seriously, you saying my skin got used to it is just a lazy excuse for a bad job done. Your lies hurt you more than your greed. Admit you just don’t give the same attention to every customer, because you people like to discriminate. And when someone calls you out, you lie and make up excuses. Also your machine and tech is not the latest, it was the old model when I first came in and by now it must be outdated. There are way better options out there.

Got laser for cosmetic eyebrow tattoo removal. Abbey was very friendly & knowledgeable about the process and wavelengths. She made the process as comfortable as possible. This place was clean and efficient, no wait time in the lobby. I hope to not come back again but if I have any other laser needs, I’ll DEFINITELY be back here. if you’re thinking about it, do it! Pricing was very fair compared to overpriced inexperienced medspas! Edit- 2 sessions on brows & 3 sessions in hands and I’m so happy w the progress. They know what they’re doing here

I got burned badly in one spot. I had the pico laser treatment here before and it worked for sun spots. Yesterday on September 10, 2025 I had a full face pico laser treatment and one spot as pictured is irritated and burned. I contacted them and they said the scab would fall in a few weeks, but there shouldn’t be a downtime measured in weeks. I’m very concerned, disappointed and scared it will cause a permanent scar or skin cell damage.
