I bought an unlimited removal package and have been going to this location since July 2024. The technicians here have been nothing but pleasant and professional every time i have stepped through the doors. They’re quick, efficient, and knowledgeable in their work. IDK why im seeing so many reviews with ppl saying stuff about scheduling issues. They have been easy to reach and communicate with in every aspect regarding scheduling. If I can’t make it, I call to reschedule. it’s that simple! They do have a policy that if you’re running late, they may not be able to fit you into your appointment. But that’s pretty normal for some businesses. You just gotta plan ahead. I’m seeing good progress on my removal journey and I am happy to know that i’m in good hands every time i come to this location

I had such a great experience at this tattoo removal location. I was two weeks behind on treatment had already tried three other locations and had no luck finding availability which was especially frustrating with my busy schedule. I decided to take a chance and walk into this location and see if someone could look at my schedule with me and hopefully get an appointment set up, and I’m really glad I did. I was attended to by Bibi and she was incredibly helpful from the start and took my situation seriously right away. She went above and beyond to help me find availability and somehow managed to fit me in for treatment the same day. Bibi also treated me, she was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me out and never rushed my service. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone. Book with all the confidence.

I just had my first session at Removery, and honestly it was such a great annd EASY experience!! The whole team made me feel so comfortable and it was way easier than I ever expected! I walked out feeling so relieved. Naya took care of me and she was sooo amazing, I highly recommend seeing her if it’s your first time. She was very reassuring, gave me lots of important information/tips, and overall really good at what she does! If anyone’s been nervous about going, don’t be. They make it so simple and comfortable. VERY Highly recommend!

It was a great experience. The techs were very sweet. I had eyebrows tattoo removal done. After just one treatment it was almost gone. The tech said that it will get even lighter after a few weeks. I had gone to a med spa for tattoo removal prior to coming here and I didn’t see a change. Save your money, don’t go anywhere else. Just get it done here.
