The office has a wonderful environment, the staff is kind and caring and the orthodontist Dr. Patel, is one of the nicest and professional doctors I have had the pleasure to meet. If you are in need of braces I can’t recommend this office enough. Good job guys. Keep up the great work!

All of the staff are very welcoming. I appreciated the gentle touch of the tech, Dr. Ellie and the dental hygienist. They all did a great job of explaining what they were going to do and educating me on dental health. And they didn’t rush!

This post is long overdue but i feel its important to share in hopes of saving others time and money. Back in October/November 2024 I visited the practice quite a few times and was immediately impressed by the care and kindness shown by the dental hygienists and Dr. Skylar. They made me feel truly comfortable throughout my visits, and their warm, professional manner set a positive tone right from the start. However, the experience took a frustrating turn when I discovered I was overcharged for several dental services. I strongly advise anyone using their services to be well-versed in your dental insurance benefits and to review your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) carefully to avoid unexpected costs. The most disturbing aspect of my visit was receiving a claim denial from my MEDICAL insurance two months after my DENTAL insurance had already paid for the services. I never presented my medical insurance card when checking in, so I was puzzled by this development. After some research, I learned that Dr. Tofovic is the founder/CEO of an AI billing solution that automatically processes dental services through medical insurance. While I understand this might be justifiable in cases like impacted tooth extractions, the claim in question was for x-rays that had already been settled by my dental insurance two months prior. To resolve the issue, I had to put in a lot of effort gathering and submitting my EOBs and receipts to demonstrate that I had been overcharged. Although I eventually received a refund on my HSA card, the process was lengthy—taking about 90 days—and involved considerable back and forth. While the quality of care provided by Dr. Skylar and her team was excellent, the billing practices left me with significant concerns. Be sure to thoroughly understand your insurance coverage and double-check your billing statements to avoid similar issues.

Had such a great first visit here! Karina was so helpful and thorough over the phone and in person, answering all of my questions! The hygienist, Martina, did an amazing job with my cleaning, super gentle and she was so fun to talk to! I met with Dr. Skylar briefly which was fantastic, she's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly before my upcoming fillings. I really appreciated that the team looked into my insurance ahead of time so I felt totally comfortable with what was covered. Everyone was so positive, communicative, and professional. Highly recommend! :)

I’ve been with this office for 10 years. The dentists actually care and hear out concerns. The dental hygienists are very thorough. The most difficult part is the schedule bc their books are so full.
