I really wish that I could share that I had a pleasant experience, but that simply wouldn't be true. It was not long after the pandemic was over, I was in immense pain and since I lived in the area I decided to go to this location. The office staff was nice. The dental assistant was SUPER kind and sweet! He was so supportive! Had I dealt with him alone, I may have had a wonderful experience! lol However, the dentist was very rude and condescending. Muttering under her breath about her plans for the day. She seemed to be upset that she even had to tend to me. Because of HER, I never went back. Now that I no longer live in the neighborhood my new local dentist has been amazing to me and my family! In conclusion, you should always remember to treat people with respect. They will never forget how you made them feel. I didn't forget. 12/6/2025: Trying to gaslight my experience with your overwhelmingly snide and snarky retort doesn’t negate the fact that my experience at YOUR dental office right next to Dominos Pizza, was not the best. And whether HE was a Dental Assistant or Dentist, he was the only highlight of that entire visit! Your response speaks volumes…

I’ve just had the worst experience. The Manager & Lady that took my Dental X-Rays at the Hyde Park Smiles Studio’s bed side manner needs much work.They both get a Rating of FAIL. I have never been treated or talked to like that before. I literally left out in tears. I left after just the Dentist looked in my mouth and X-Ray. I thought that this would be a dental office that I could recommend & my family & I could come for years. NOT SO! If there were an option to post no star I would have. I took off of work for this. Such a waste of time. I could have gone to work. Beware & very careful here.

Excellent facility. I have issues to do an accident and this office worked with me and helped me overcome my fears of dental procedures. I would highly recommend them.

The practice has a great web site, very welcoming with lots informative content. As a result, I submitted a contact form hoping to make an appointment for a family member who has severe anxiety. Got an email response saying that someone would be in touch. Never heard from anyone again. Months later, still looking, I thought the first time might have just been a glitch so I tried again. This time I called and left a voice mail with full details. Never got any response. Very discouraging.

It’s a nice place in a good neighborhood. I was excited to start with them but then it was a matter of upcharging literally everything and making it so I couldn’t afford any of it. Might have been my bad for assuming. I however spoke to a dentist the next day and they said there’s no way my insurance doesn’t cover what I need.
