Smile Obsession - Chicago Loop

Dr. Yousuf Sirajeldin is incredible. His work truly transformed my life. I came in with two cavities on my front teeth, and numerous others due to lack of insurance over the past ten years. Not only was he kind and gentle-hearted when I told him about my dental anxiety—but he gave me my smile back. I feel so much more confident now than I ever have. What’s even more crazy is I can’t wait to get my other fillings done because I know it’s just going to make me feel so much better. He is wonderful and I highly recommend him.

This place was in-network for the insurance we had. My wife went in the first time to get a crown after root canal. She saw Dr. Margaret Tulowiecka. She fixed a crown, which was supposed to be permanent. However, the crown fell off just after two weeks. My wife took another appointment to have the crown fixed. This time it was another doctor who fixed it and it fell off again in less than a month. As we were traveling we went to a dentist in Germany and that dentist fixed it "temporary" and it stayed put for almost 6 months. We had to go to another doctor to have to fixed again and it has not been a problem ever since. I went in for a regular checkup and cleaning and saw the same dentist, Margaret Tulowiecka. She refused to do a regular cleaning because according to her I needed deep cleaning for a price of $300, which I refused. Except for x-rays, Tulowiecka did nothing. However, this place made two claims (not one, two) to my insurance and started calling me to pay another $49. I was told this $49 was for "examination". This place is utter scam. The treatment you get is worst in the business, but they will charge you like a 5-start hotel. Especially this doctor Margaret Tulowiecka. I even doubt if Margaret Tulowiecka has a medical degree or she is there just to nickle and dime on behalf of this scam business. Do yourself a favor and find some other place. There are at least 4 other dentist in this same building. Don't fall for their shiny waiting area and sweet talking reception. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. It's unfortunate that I can't rate this BUSINESS -10.

I had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was nice. I had a kind of rough time , getting there. That day, train was delayed , a half hour. So decided go back up & take, bus. It detoured down, a different street. Had to jump off & speed walk .Taking many turns. I don't live far , very close ,on train. Dr. Yusuf was very nice & explained , everything & gave me his , suggestion . Didn't necessarily want to, get partial but he knows, better than I , hope. .Overall , not to bad. Just the normal , stuff, checking teeth. Thank you! Apologize for being late, not next time. Thank you!💯 Again.

First time at Smile Obsession and Dr. Margaret Tulowiecka, assistants, and staff were very friendly and helpful. I could sense Dr. Margaret cares a lot about her patient’s dental health. I feel like I am in good hands here. Thank you to the team at Smile Obsession Chicago!

I’ve been coming to Smile Obsession since March and have had great experiences so far with Dr. Yousuf and his team. Vanessa was also lovely to meet, super friendly! I’ve never had to wait to see the Dr at any of my appts.
