My first visit at Printers Row Dental Studio was beyond amazing. Every single staff member that I encountered was so friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Walter, really made my visit. He was so knowledgeable and experienced, and I somehow ended up having so much FUN at my visit because of him. Who can say they had FUN at the dentist?! I felt very comfortable with the care plan that the doctor prescribed and her "bedside manner" was great as well. I loved that they didn't try to tack on tons of services or jump to prescribe lots of unnecessary treatments, only what was currently needed. I would recommend this office to any and everyone. I can tell I'm truly in great hands here!

I have been coming to this office for at least two years now and am incredibly happy with both the meticulous care and the lasting results. The front office staff is also extremely great; having relocated several times, I've seen many practices, and this team is hands-down the best in terms of organization, care and friendliness. Dr. Kaori is simply superb. I must give special praise to the hygienist, Walter Als, who is absolutely phenomenal. As a patient with complex dental issues, the supportive, non-judgmental environment is invaluable.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They truly take their time with you, get to know you, and make you feel comfortable. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Dylan up front. I never feel rushed and always feel well taken care of.

Dr. Ema and her team are simply the best! They truly care and it shows in every way. I was referred to Dr. Ema in the midst of a severe dental emergency and she and her manager Dylan were so kind and compassionate and fit me in immediately. They’ve guided me through every step of this ongoing process, helped me, and even arranged for one of the best periodontists in Chicago to join my new care team. I’d truly be lost without Dr. Ema and Dylan. Dr. Ema is such a skilled dentist, a perfectionist, and her kindness and patience have no bounds. She always takes the time to talk to me and thoroughly answers all of my questions. Dylan has also gone above and beyond to help me through this difficult time, checks on me between appointments, and helps me in any way he can to make this difficult process easier. Dr. Ema, Dylan, and their team are truly wonderful!
