Shoreline Dental Chicago

Shoreline Dental was awesome. Lindsey the dental hygienist was SO friendly. She read my chart before my appointment which I appreciated so much. We bonded on lots of different things. When Dr. Rojas came in, she was also very friendly and had great recommendations. I did not feel rushed out one bit. 10/10 recommend this dental office.

I needed to get my teeth cleaned and decided to find a dentist closer to my home. Two friends in my neighborhood both recommended Shoreline and I’m so happy I took their recommendation! Great dentist, very friendly staff, very relaxed atmosphere, thorough new patient exam, small office - they see you and spend time chatting and getting to know you. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning. I highly recommend the practice.

I love my Dentist and her entire team. When I come in for an appointment I am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Dr. Rojas is patient warm and very knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable and ensures that I understand each step of my dental plan and treatments. The office is accommodating and the view you can’t beat. The views always make me happy especially when you know you have some major dental work that is going to happen. It was my first time at Shoreline and it was a great experience! Marybeth the hygienist was so friendly and reassuring. She provided me with answers I needed and was very warm. Dr. Wang was also very kind and warm who was also very efficient. She was able to send in my prescription very quickly. I truly appreciated the kindness of everyone there as I was nervous about my appointment. Look forward to returning!

My wife and I have had an amazing experience at Shoreline Dental so far. We had been going to DWorks since moving to Chicago but were very unhappy with their service. Shoreline was such a breath of fresh air. They have the small family practice feel with all the up-to-date high-tech equipment. We did not have to wait forever past our appointment time. The front office staff are SO helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They are patient with all of our questions and went the extra mile to assiet with billing and insurance. My hygenist Keenan was very gentle but extremdly thorough. It was the cleanest my teeth have ever been. I did not feel rushed and he explained everything that was going on. It was the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Patel is also very friendly and kind. Any recommended services were explained in detail and were not pushed on me. She took the time to answer all my questions and develop a treatment plan. I wish everyone could experience the level of service from Dr. Patel and the Shoreline team. Shoreline has definitely gained a new patient. Also the appointments are easy to schedule, information and insurance provided easily, and they have a parking garage or street parking nearby.
