Smile Obsession - Hyde Park

I highly recommend Smile Obsession Dental - Hyde Park. I moved from Denver last year and knew I had to face my fears and find a Dentist that would meet my needs. I had an extensive treatment plan to tackle, from fillings, to deep cleanings, but most importantly, the replacement of my top 4 veneers/crowns that had well surpassed their lifetime (15 years). My teeth appeared gray when I smiled…and the one tooth was chipped, my gum was recessed on the back of another tooth…it was uncomfortable and I hated my smile. I found Smile Obsession just from doing my research. I liked the reviews any it’s proximity to me. What started as an initial consult turned into multiple visits over 2 months (maybe 6-8?) to complete my treatment plan and get my smile back. Dr. Shah, Ana, and Chris- and really anyone that is part of their team- are excellent. Dr. Shah is super down to earth and put me at ease as a patient. It is nice to feel relaxed and able to ask any questions. He always explained things thoroughly when I was confused or unclear about something. He pays extreme attention to detail and makes sure the end result is perfect. Ana is an exceptional assistant- her professionalism and evident passion about her career was really inspiring. She was very supportive of me and always commended me for really following the steps of my treatment plan. Dr. Shah and Ana worked so well together- amazing consistency each visit. Chris became the person I looked forward to seeing after so many appointments. Again- the utmost professionalism and kindness every time I came back for an appointment. Always welcoming, and always offering full billing details upon request. With my background in Hospitality/Hotel Management for 20 years I can’t tell you what a difference this made for me. From someone who was new to the area I truly feel I lucked out. The team here is highly professional and skilled in all of their roles. Thank you Dr.Shah and team! And I will see you for my cleaning later this year!

This is undoubtedly one of the best Dentist facilities and experiences in the Chicagoland area. The dental assistants are very attentive and gentle. Dr. Shah is very knowledgeable & informative. The staff is incredible if you’re looking for care done right don’t hesitate. I recommend this place. 10 out of 10

I had a great experience during my first visit to this dental office. From start to finish, everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists all had excellent bedside manner—very professional, courteous, kind, and genuinely caring. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated. You can tell that education and preventative care are a priority here, and that gave me a lot of confidence in the care I received. Because of such a positive experience, I’ve already scheduled a follow-up appointment. Overall, this was a very comfortable and reassuring first visit, and I’m glad I chose this office.

I had a minor dental emergency within a week of moving to Chicago. I am so glad I called them. They gave me an appointment the same day. Dr Nate Larkin treated me. He and his staff are polite, professional and caring. Dr. Larkin did not rush and took the time it needed. The facilities are modern, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend

My new dental office experience today at Smile Obsession in Hyde Park, was great! Dr. Larkin and Mario were very down to earth and has a great sense of humor, makes it easier to come back to the dentist. Dr. Larkin explained everything to me and Mario even gave me more suggestions on how to take care of my teeth. Everyone in the office was friendly and very professional.
