Dentologie - South Loop

I’ve been a patient at Dentologie for at least a decade and I always have a great experience. Just now, I needed 2 fillings and Dr Song performed the procedure quickly, efficiently and without any pain. Both fillings were complete within 30 minutes. Jasmine, the dental assistant was professional and courteous, and their teamwork was flawless. This sort of expert care done so efficiently is why I have been loyal to this office. Thanks!

I had a nice experience at this clinic. The dentist and the team are very professional and focus on practical ways to solve dental problems. I found the pricing to be reasonable and fair. I especially appreciated that they were patient with me as a non-native speaker, making sure I understood everything clearly. Great service from the hygienist and the front desk staff as well.

Had the best dental experience of my life lol no joke. Dr Jackson Nguyen is a king, Olivia at the front desk is sooo incredibly sweet but Carmelo is the main reason I had such a great cleaning experience. She was so fun and easy to talk to, but also informed me a lot about my teeth and actually explained the steps she was doing and why they’re important instead of just drilling into my face for an hour. She told me she is just temping today at this location, but South Loop Dentologie (or any Dentologie location) - you should hire her full time!!!!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a year, but I told her if she was my hygienist everytime, I’d come every 3 months instead of every 6. Thank you alll!!!!!!!

Excellent experience today. I’ve been here several times before and usually have a good experience. My hygienist, Ahzure, had a very good vibe, attitude, and overall personality. She was very gentle with my teeth and knows her stuff. Doctor Kala Frazier followed up and was also very gentle and knowledgeable. Overall 10 out of 10. I’m due back in August and hopefully they’re there.

I had such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed, the entire team made sure I was comfortable and expedited the process as much as was possible with my schedule. My dental assistant Jasmine and Doctor Saara Rasool made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable despite my nerves being high before the procedure, and equipped me for a successful healing journey. Casi at the front desk was also so helpful in getting me ready for the procedure and keeping me informed about my insurance and payment options. Thanks Dentologie team!!
