Fresh Dental

I had an amazing appointment with Dr. Michelle Lee at Fresh Dental. The entire experience was genuinely great. They were gentle with my teeth and walked me through every step. They put the X rays on a large screen in front of me which made it easy to follow along, and they explained exactly which teeth needed work in a clear and interactive way. The team was patient and thorough, and they made sure I understood everything. As a Chicago transplant whose old dentist was on the east coast, I am really happy with the care I received and confident in the people I chose to work with. I will definitely be coming back in a few months for my next cleaning! Update: I came back to get a filling, and it went great! Fresh Dental are fantastic and I’ll continue to keep coming back :)

Fresh Dental is great and I truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Kim! She is very good at explaining what she's doing and why and keeping the patient comfortable. I even needed to get a cavity filled and I would say it was probably the easiest I've ever had in my life. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dentist!

Fresh Dental is a top tier place to get your dental work done. Every visit feels welcoming and efficient, while also helpful and honest. When I’ve needed work done it gets scheduled quickly after a check-up, and I always leave feeling like it was a positive experience. The whole team of hygienists are great and don’t make the cleanings painful, and the team of Drs are all professional, kind and even laugh at my jokes that aren't that funny. All and all, have been really happy to go here for the last few years and will continue to go here moving forward!

I just had my first appointment at Fresh Dental and it was a great experience all around. I hadn't been to a dentist in some time, and the folks here made everything seemless and low-stress. All the staff that I interacted with were positive and professional, and I was particularly pleased with how my dentist, Dr. Kim, explained my imaging with me in great detail.

Dr. Kim and the staff at Fresh Dental are the best! I just had my first appointment with them and had such a good experience that I wish I would've switched to them years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to have Dr. Kim do my entire teeth cleaning and spend time with me afterwards to answer all of my questions. Many of my past experiences with dentists involved them coming in after the cleaning to check-in for only a few quick minutes, so I was thrilled to have this much time dedicated to me during my first visit. I left my appointment feeling so relieved, knowing that my concerns had been addressed and were not as bad as I had made them out to be in my head. On top of this, the office space is really nice and smelled so good the day I was there. The front office staff were very friendly as was the dental hygienist who took my X-rays. I also loved that there was a Dyson purifier fan in the exam area - it’s thoughtful touches like these that really make a difference.
